An 11-year-old boy was injured in an alleged dog attack on Scotland Hall Road in Newton Heath, north Manchester, on Thursday afternoon. Philadelphia police officer Shane Seiber, 40, was fatally shot and his partner, 33, was wounded in an ambush in West Philadelphia just after midnight on Saturday.
