Thames Valley Police seized a car on the A33 in Reading that had distinctive police-style Battenburg markings on its side. The vehicle was found to have no insurance, tax or MOT, and was missing wheel nuts on both rear wheels. A dog inside the car was safely cared for while the driver arranged a lift home.
